Write NPR if you haven't already.

Tell them how you feel. Email your friends and family who are fans, tell them what happened and encourage them to write too. It's the least we can do, and it's a good way to blow of a little steam. (But remember that tact and politeness go a long way, especially with the likes of the politically correct.)

Beyond that, PTIP was brilliant. The four or five are in top form and have never been better. That NPR missed this opportunity to present something truly great is disappointing, but to heck with them, and thanks to FT, Phil, Peter, David and Phil (and that other guy), as well as the fine folks at the FT website, for making a terrific sketch available to all.

Happy holidays, in spite of this little snag, to all, and peace.
