Subject: Waiting for Who?

I happened to be browsing a few online stores, looking to see what kind of Firesign products they had, when I noticed some things I've never seen before.

A few of these sites have extra names within their respective "Waiting for the Electrician" entries. These few sites all claim that "Dr. Sidney Koan," "Mario Estonatl," and "Masked Mann and His Faithful Indian Compendium" are tracks on the album. I think "Masked Mann" is a name of the 'Lone Ranger' section within W.C. Fields Forever, but the other two elude me.

In case you've gotten confused, this is my question: Who are Dr. Sidney Koan and Mario Estonatl? Sketches cut from the album like "Mantras and the Chakras"? Or characters that I haven't paid enough attention to?
