Cease: we've had some really cold mornings so our leaves are geting vivid

Tweeny: I found the chat in 2003 I think, and met Jim & Bambi then. I'm thinking he started in 2002, because he said that he'd been doing the show for 10 years before I took over

Cease: Elayne and her then husband came out to visit us in the spring of that year, and we drove down to Whidbey Island to meet the Ossmans.
Cease: Chat started not long after that.
Tweeny: Must have been very cool

Cease: Hung out with Proctor when I went down to LA at Xmas that year. His wife suggested I write radio plays. I took her advice.
Cease: No play house then, just his amazing house.
Cease: Also met his mom, who told us great stories of long ago.

Cease: Last time I saw Firesign was their 3 performances there, the year before Pete died.
Cease: Maybe 2 years. It was before Pete started his podcast.

johan amadeus myjetski: part of the Appalachians, called the Black Mens. I used to live close to the Trail, & hiked short sections of it, but not the whole thing.

Cease: i've had back pain since the mid 80s
Cease: lie on the floor and do back excersizes, which seems to help

Tweeny: When I regularly do pushups and situps, it seems to help

Cease: proctor once said, you excersize in your youth cuz you want to, you exercise in your old age because you have to.

Tweeny: I'be been read a Jack Lalanne book called Live Young Forever, it's quite inspirational and motivating

Tweeny: Yeah, he had a TV show for something like 50 years
