The "Home of the Johnny Cup" in the Global Food Court at
Old Slaughtery Square has announced some new items for their summer
menu, including the Buffalo "Bill" Burger, made from 100% buffalo organ
meat.
"We won't steer you wrong," says Chef de Cuisine Bill Sweetbread. "It's
just a way of eating lighter and healthier during these summer months.
With all the talk about Mad Cow Disease, not to mention the outbreak of
the fiddlers, it just seemed right to take a revered symbol of native
America, knock it on the head with an air hammer, grind it into bits,
and put it in a bun."

And the Billburger isn't the only item sprucing up the new Ash 'N' Onion
Summer Cuisine bill of fare. They're introducing two new sizes of
Johnny Cup: the Uber-Grande Terrifico and the Small Inland Sea, a drink
so large it has its own trailer to bring it to your table side.
